how to modify psp e1003?

i just bought the psp e1003 for my son,but i dont know how to modify..if any body could send me help for instructions is really big help and a big thank you...

Here is the link I used. Guy talks a bit too fast for me, but covers everything needed. To downgrade to 6.20, it must have had one of the "compatible" firmwares to do so. Do not go to 6.60 straight away. If you do, it is not a big issue as you can fast reboot.
