3.11 downgrade

I know this question has probably been asked a million time, but, is there a downgrade from 3.11 out yet?
My nephew had 1.5, but upgraded from a gane disk and is now asking me to sort it for him.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, there is it'll need an unpatched copy of Lumines to use an exploit. And updated to 3.50 firmware (AND NO HIGHER).

There is no need to use any umd games now with exploits - use the pandora files posted to make a jigkick battery and memory stick - The battery can be reversed easily afterwards by removing it - booting the psp with a power supply, re-inserting the battery and running the battery eboot program. As for the memory stick - just format it again.

The pandora files let you downgrade or unbrick any firmware version or bricked psp - I have personally bricked mine a few times to try it out.
