Setting up the card reader

I am trying to set up the card reader on my box.
I’m not sure how to set it up and also if when I put the card into the box it will work straight away or it needs other settings doing and also by putting the card into the box will it talk back to the provider?

Card reader will need to use a software cam such as oscam so no its not plug and play. You can set up oscam to acept eem and ecm from your provider. Some cards wont work at all in it.

Does the card talk back to the provider once it’s all been set up or just recieve the info from them like the ecm etc
Like I know that when it’s in a sly or virmin box the cards and box talk back to them.
Does this still happen in a VU box once it’s all running?

What card are you going to be trying to run ?

The card can only talk back when the circuitry in the receiver allows it to do so, as in that it would have to be an official receiver. A VU or any other 3rd party receiver doesn't have/need that talkback circuitry and has no ability or required firmware to execute an instruction to "call home".

Carnt be done paired to the box advanced extration needed and its on it way out with cardless.
