Iptv App

Anyone recommend a iptv app to use on LG & Samsung TV's?

SmartIPTV or IPTV Smarters i hear are good
you get one week free trial then you need to pay about £5

Smart iptv works fine as joe says a one off payment of about £5 gets it for life on the mac of the tv

Just looking on play store, seems to be a few smart iptv apps, which one is it ?

Another one is SmartSTB which works on Samsung/LG Smart TV

Not sure which ones in the Play store sorry

Once downloaded it will give you mac address.... take note of mac address and give it to supplier.
As easy as that.

Samsung have removed smart iptv app from 2018 models

They are removing apps from older tvs once the new update comes in users are already losing the app u can avoid this from happening by not updating your tv when the latest update comes out so far this has only been with samsung and its definitely on the 2018 model

If you do accidentally remove the app or update the tv settings you could possibly lose the app for good.

This is only on SAMSUNG for now

Noticed there is a charge for this app now, seem to remember it was free some time ago...

Are you able to install these apps via usb storage stick?

Its never been free only for a weeks trial

Just buy a cheap FireStick or Android box for £25/£30ish smart tvs are not all that smart really
VOD sucks big time on them and very limited to what you can install on them

i have 2 boxes here and 0ne runs 6.01 the other runs 5.11 and when i try to download smart iptv from google
this app is not compatible with this box im also getting that message with bbc iplayer
any way i can get round this Thanks

StbEmu runs with a MAC

I have used stbemu with a mac runs fine...

Good thing about StbEmu is you can edit the MAC to what you want it to be
So if you had a Mag Box witch has broken on you and is MAC tied you can put the same MAC into StbEmu just by editing it.

just go with perfect player mate i used it for ages no problem but then my iptv suppliers made there own apps so i change to that

i downloaded perfect player pro in this site the other day

got the mac just waiting like a big child at xmas lol
