As title says, I am seeking opinions on the Mitsubishi Outlander, preferably the hybrid "PHEV" model.
Fuel costs here are increasing at a scary rate and, as most of my journeys are relatively short I am looking to use my PV solar panels to charge the batteries.
I've not bought one yet so am still running about in my beloved (but getting old) Hyundai Tucson diesel.
The Outlander appeals due to its size, being similar to my Tucson; big enough to carry all my gear yet small enough to maneuver in tight spots and the plug-in hybrid aspect is an added bonus.
I'm looking at getting one 3 or 4 years old (cannot afford or justify a new one lol!) so hoping to gauge opinion from anyone who's owned/lived with /worked on one before committing. Cars are not cheap here, even for one of this age we're looking at between 20~25000 Euros, so I want to get it right!
PS Can the sat nav be hacked? £125 for an update ffs!
