[DOWNLOAD] Panasonic PBX Unified Maintenance Console UPCMCv7.8.1.1_R17

I have no reason to delete it because it shows you as an immature clown. It is not an admin job, per se, to help people as you state. We just run the site and help out when we can.
Right anyway dude, go back and see who started the thread. He is an admin here. Just REREAD the thread. You are giving me sh*t about things you dont even know. In all honesty, how the hell do you know what is what if you are just "running the site" as you put it. You have to have some sort of technical knowledge. You would know who is actually helping, so dont come at me with that. Thanks for leaving it up!

Personally, I don't think it's fair to require 5 meaningful posts, because many of the people who are probably searching for and finding this forum are newbies like I am who won't have anything to add, anyway... Not my forum, though, but hopefully you will reconsider that requirement.
You think it's fair then that you should come here, take whatever you want and not give something back? We were all newbies at some time mate.
Even asking a question can be classed as useful, could well benefit other users experiencing the same problem.
A well constructed post is easy to make regardless of your experience in the subject.

If everyone was a leech and didn't post there would be nothing here to take.

Well, yeah. That's how most forums work...

We have tried different approaches over the life of the forum to try to find a balance where participation is encouraged rather than just a core of active members providing for the silent downloaders. The forum needs quality content, hence five meaningful posts.

I feel that the current system is working at the moment, some people won't like it but it isn't possible to please everyone.

If you have any other ideas which you think will work we are listening.

That's fair. If you've tried different approaches and this is what you feel works best, then who am I to come in and say otherwise? Appreciate the dialog, though, and much obliged to elpaso3d!

Hello, i'have need to download Panasonic PBX Unified Maintenance Console UPCMCv7.8.1.1_R17
Thank's you!

Hello all. I recently inherited overseeing a KX-TDA50 Hybrid IP-PBX & KX-TVA50 Voice Processing System at my medical office. Are previous IT / Telecom guy essentially walked on us and I am stuck picking up the pieces. While the phone system is currently working, we need to change the routing on the emergency after hours phone system. I have an IT background and have programmed PBX phones before.
I would like to pose a few questions for advice and direction.
  1. Will the version posted here work with a US box? I have read through all the posts and it seems that their are those asking for a US version of the maintence console.
  2. While not a beginner with pbx phone programming, I would consider myself an advanced beginner. Any thoughts on the learning curve from those whom have used the software?
  3. This system was installed over 10 years ago and not likely not maintained more than necessary. With the age and difficulty I have experienced finding a service person, would it be better to scrap this system and convert to a modern system or invest in locating a service tech to update, program and maintain the system? The only person I have been able to locate does not really want to work with the system and starting at $300 US to “take a look at it”.
  4. For those that would recommend switching systems, what would you recommend for deployment for a medium size office. (20 desk phones, 11 POTS lines, 2 fax / alarm lines)
Sorry for the long post. I would rather pay for premium if this software will work to connect than break this up in 5 posts to get it for free.
Thanks in advance for those that have taken the time to read this and or provide information!
Jim
Yep, we have the same thing. Now one of the lines doesn't work and these guys do not pick the phone.

Does anyone on this thread provide remote support? I am an advanced programmer and have programmed Panasonic systems before but not this one. I need help adding a T.1 Card to a KX-NCP 1000 there is an open spot on the system I believe I need to get the PRI T.1 card as well. I am certified on the Avaya IP office and the Allworx System. I know there is some Maintenance software that I need to download so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any support you may be able to provide.

elpaso3d, it won't let me start a conversation with you, so I will ask here and hope that you see it. I inherited a KX-TDA50, and while it works for the most part there are some things that I need to change on it, as well as add one of their cell based wireless phones, and for that I need the maintenance console. The version that I have now doesn't show that it supports the TDA50, it goes from the TDA30 to the TDA100. If the version that you have supports the TDA50 is there any way I could talk you out of a link to it? Thanks!!

Don't hold your breath mate, he hasn't visited since January 30th.

Is there any chance you know of a link for one that will for sure work on a TDA50? It's kind of hard for a new member to make 5 posts that the admins will consider "useful", until we get our feet wet. I sent Mick a PM about a month ago but he never responded. I would be happy to join as a paid member if I knew that the US version would work.

Not hard to make 5 decent posts mate, you appear to there anyway. You also need a like which you already have plus a 24hr wait after making your 5th reasonable post which isn't too far away either.
Patience is key :)

Sorry been really busy at work... insane busy!

I am not sure if the American one works, but as said you should have access in 24 hours, can you let us know if it works.

You will 100% need a really low windows (I use XP to run that software alone lol).

I have a Windows XP laptop that I can run it on, my big question is this. I will have to do a master reset on the system to reset the installer password, and I am owrried that when I do that it will cease to finction at all until it is programmed. Do you know if that will in fact be the case? Because as I said, it works in general right now, there are just a lot of things that need to be tweaked. And if this software doesn't end up working after the reset, and it doesn't work at all after the reset, then I am kind of screwed...:)

yeah but the password is usually 1234 or 4321, unless they changed it...

But yes, it will not work well at all, you should make a list of the way it works as is.

IE, extension numbers. which numbers on the keypads are doing what, which number is the line number.
Each handset is also programmed on its own, so you should make the list for handsets too.
There are cards that go in certain places, you will need to drag them into place on the system panel then configure them.

It will work in a default fashion, but this is not a simple piece of software, I am a complete novice that has picked up the things that I needed but the software is huge and very complex, some of the settings and abbreviations are on another level.

I made a thread on here with PBX abbreviations so I could have a goto when I need to use it:
PBX Abbreviations for Telecoms System

That should help a little :)

Mick

I'm in a similar situation, I can't connect to a refurbished TDE100 we just received, I keep getting the connection error E0000012. I have the international version of the software which works fine with another unit we have. By installation I used the BX suffix because it seemed to be most generic and IL for Israel as locale. Is there any way to verify via serial number that the unit I have is indeed a US unit and would need to be programmed with the US version of the console?
