I am looking for some assistance
I have been gifted a zgemma star S 2 box
I was hoping to use this to access IPTV, I switched it on and it starts to boot then I pressed menu and it came up with a screen that looked very much like sly but no programs loaded.
Can someone explain do I need to clear what’s already in the box ?
What do I need to do to make it usable for me ?
Any help would be appreciated

Don't think that box would be quick enough for iptv , you would need the h2s model and upwards.

I would re flash the box with a backup build like ipab

Just stick XC MULTI on it , add your IPTV URL in the correct format , add to the plugin and away you go

The zgemma2s model is poor to run iptv. Best result you will get from the box is put as “little” as you can on it.
Ipab is not bad but i suggest a clean flash of openATV and do not add plugins and dont loads many skins in it.
Less on that model of box the better.
Fing a provider that can issue a script.
To run iptv script takes about 30 seconds with a telnet command.
If your even lucky enough to find a provider that issues a script a good provider will also have bouquets maker installed within the telnet command.

So within one minute your box is ready to go.
But its still a poor box for iptv.
☹️
