Unsupported hardware win 7

Hi peepz
I built a new pc with ryzen 5 1600x processor. I get a pop up saying the processor isnt supported windows updates and that i have to update os to windows 10. I dont like windows 10 as it has too many issues. Is there a fix?

Out of interest what issues do you have with windows 10? I updated my gaming pc to make use of directx 12 and i really like win 10 to be honest.

Just the fact it tracks your internet use, which can be turned off. Is slower then 7 i think and has a lot of bugs and fewer features. Where ever you read about win 10 people slating it and advising to stay on win 7. Strange you like it. Is there still a free upgrade option or do you have to pay now?

Can't really say ive experienced any kind of bugs...or speed issues but i guess speed can also depend on what hardware your running. I was a windows 7 fan and tried windows 8 once and hated it. Ive been running win 10 pro since last year and its been fine, i also like the layout alot better. I think the free upgrade has gone now. I got a pro key from scdkeys.com for 12 and it works a treat.

Ok thanks ill see how I get on with win 7 and trying to fix this bug otherwise might have to go to 10. Is there no good key gens out there? That actually work and not just filled with viruses

still a free upgrade with windows 10 if you use assistive technologies. they dont ask for proof of use so its a free upgrade for everyone really.

i must say i think w10 is a lot faster than w7 i just recently upgraded a few of my windows vms and notice a difference in speed and reliablity. something i thought i would never say.

Will it upgrade my win 7 ultimate to win 10 pro? Also are there any difference with this AT version from the normal version? Also on the link it doesnt say if the upgrade is permanent, so what will it just drop you back down to win 7 or expect you to purchase or prove you use AT? What are AT?

I dont know what they are but i assume it simple addons like being able to zoom in and stuff like that.

take a copy of your windows 7 before upgrading that way u can go back if you change your mind

No need, the upgrade does that for you. Limited time to revert back.

Looks like ill have to upgrade to win 10. I cant see any offical patch from asus (motherboard) or ryzen amd to fix the windows 7 updates issues.
Any1 using win 10 with ryzen 5 processor? Any issues. Once i upgrade will i have to update bios or drivers etc?

there are programs out there that block all the spying. Might be worth another go?

I have switched off all the privacy settings hopefully it will run a bit better aswell. Might download 3dmark to check benchmark scores. Thanks for everyone who helped and advised, appreciated.

No benchmark as ive just read thread on keeping ssd healthy, lucky.
Ok this is what is planned for tomorrow.
Disable hibernation
Disable defrag
Move temp files to hdd
Ive already moved my documents pictures videos downloads music folders to hdd
Can I do it for all the others accounts I got aswell through my admin account or do I have to do it in each individual account?
Anything else im missing?
