Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone here works in I.T and has implemented One Drive using group policy? Just battling this one and wouldn't mind some tips :)

Cheers

Hi there, what would you like to know.
We have deployed one drive for business across 3000 clients, working fine for some time now.

What process did you follow? Also did the users already have data on their One Drive account?

@shabbaranks: Do you have the ADMX files (skydrive.admx, skydrive.adml) available within your GPO editor?

I am thinking about rolling this out across our network @shabbaranks.

I have been using dropbox on our windows 2012 R2 server with Always up - this works really well for general invoices, estimates, and files etc.

Any advice on setting up...

Mick

Hi mate,
Do you use roaming profiles or are they all static? If static then your all good.

Part of the deployment instruction was to configure the location for the default Onedrive location which I found threw the install. If I set it to userprofile it wouldn't create the Onedrive location but if I left it then it created it in the right place - %userprofile%\Oncedrive - Tenant ID

But other than that it works well (50 user environment) if you have any questions or your stuck - holla :)
