iPhone Iphone 6 plus, no fingerprint

I changed my 6 plus screen over. Working fine but fingerprint not working. Ive reused my original home button so it should be ok..

Only thing is I had to do the repair without disconnecting the battery. Reason being I rounded one of the screws holding the connector plate down...

Maybe this is all i need to do, I've tried removing this small screw with various bits, small flathead usually works but no joy.

Anyone offer any input....

Did you sort this? I had this once and had to change the cable from the home button to the board. Few quid on ebay

Have you tried reconfiguring it in settings ? Maybe need to try setting it up again ?
