Samsung tabs usually use a program called kies to chat with windows, but I always found it rubbish. I would bluetooth it over, or try adbfire to push it across (I've never tried adb with a samsung), but if You use it's ip I can't see why it shouldn't work, Or upload the file to Your dw space then d/l to the samsung. Or if You have an sd card put them on that. File types will depend on much space Your tab has, I would go for mkv264 or xvid.

I use Dropbox to put stuff on all my phones & tablets.

I have the Dropbox app on my PC and on all my mobile devices.

Put the films, music, APK's etc.. in dropbox on my pc then when it's finished uploading (a few minutes for films or seconds for apps etc) I can grab it on my tablet and watch it or install the APK etc..

No need to programs on the PC (apart from a FREE dropbox account and app) and it's universal, works on all brands of Android or IOS devices.

Yeah, I've got a drop box account, but I always forget to use it.

set up a share on your pc and use es file explorer to copy it to ur phone.

i use it pretty much everyday to download movies and stuff at work and then transfer them over to my nas when i get home. it can be pretty slow depending on your WIFI speed.
