I have some that I bought to fix a Sagem...Not sure if they're the same.

I think the ones I bought are T630mA 250V but I'll check and get back to you. 25A seems a bit high to me for a cable box. Unless there's a point that I can't see in the picture and it's a 2.5A. lol

If they're the same, I'll pop some in the post.

So long as it is a 1.25A and rated at 250v it will do the job. The exact same is used inside the Pace 4001n.
