Phantom SD And Starview 6&7....SAME THING????????

Hi, am new to this forum but not the whole cable thing................Since starview went belly up last time I have been on sat side, but apparently they SV are back,,are the files for Phantom SD compatable with starview 6 and 7 as the files seem to be named differently on here.....I would try it only I don't seem to be able to download said files even tho I have 5 posts and been on for over a day..........Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have a couple of SV 7s and would like set up freeview on them......thanks in Advance
