memory error or voltage error ??

what it looks like to me is that the voltage supplied to the memory is below required. the motherboard should have jumpers to set the voltage.. if u think its the memory chips try changing them with others if u have any
 
Handy m8, I have a simular problem with Hardware Doc' on my Abit mobo, says Rambusv is low, but m/c works fine. All I did in end was change 'range' down from 2.5-3.5 to 2.0 to 3.0v (it used to sit at 2.45v) and save settings, memory runs fine and Abit tech support said this was OK.

I agree with the voltage thing. There may be a strain on your psu. If its only 300 watt then you may find it beneficial in upgrading to a 400 one.
