hi guys!

I'm trying to watch videos (Mpeg's and WMV's) on my PC with Windows Media Player 10 and the problem I have is the video runs but its in blue and not colour. I have tried reinstalling the WMP10 as well the codecs from the microsoft website but nothing. I also tried reinstalling my graphics driver but still no solution. I have a TV Card and if i watch TV through the relevant software its in colour and not BLUE.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

you need to download a codec Pack.. you should try the Klite mega codec pack, it includes just about every codex you will need.

K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 1.53

h**p://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack.htm

hope this helps .. :)

try this
in media player go to tools
options
file types tab
select all
maybe that will help
if not try something else like power dvd ;)

well i tried opening the video in another application i.e. Intervideo Win DVD and Divx payer but nothing its still showing in blue and not in colour. It looks like to me that their's one particular video codec that's been damaged or changed but I can seem to figure out which one it is.

i cant understand how the klite pack doesn't work.. every movie i have works with the klite codec pack.. and i have a lot.

when you installed klite did you try using Media Player Classic to view the movie??

honestly klite is the most complete codex pack on the web..!

this will sort it

well I thought of this programme but been trying to find it most of the day lol (thanks DA);)

try this input the movie u are having trouble with on the top left
and on the right it will tell u what codecs are needed :) it runs from the exe so no install ;)

hope this works for u m8
