Hardware Blowing fuse

Hi my lappy seems to be blowing fuse's when a turn it on from the mains this has happened 3 times now and im not wanting to keep blowing fuse's, is it a new charger I need or is it the laptop it's self, it's an acre aspire had it a good few years but is well looked after and runs great when there's power

It'll be the charger...

Plug it in without the laptop connected, see if it blows the fuse

I will do IV ran out of fuse's so I'll have to salvage somthing I'll do it just now
Ok done that and is charging again it mostly happens when laptop is running and I turn off the mains and back on I'll use another socket see if that helps

Wont be the socket mate its the psu it is surging and drawing over current when you power cycle it.
