Hi I have Sky go on my PC and the picture quality was very bad so bad I could not read the score on the top left corner on Sunday for the both games any ideas thanks in advance I am on Windows 7 with Sky unlimited BB.
thanks.

Try a wired connection and see if your speed is up to scratch.

try running sky go with your antivirus/firewall off. only for a check though switch your antivirus back on straight after. it is not an issue at sky's end its working fine for everyone else. it sounds as though the data isnt getting through. sky go does this to me on my mobile if i have poor signal. you should be looking in this area.

I think it could be the Silverlight its not verified in the add-ons.

Obvious one that you've probably done; but make sure that any other programs with high bandwidth use are turned off (including: other streaming platforms, Steam/Origin/Uplay, torrents) whilst watching.

Does the Sky Go app have the ability to select the picture quality? If so make sure that no one has accidentally set it to low. Even if it's set to high or auto, it might be worth toggling to a different setting, exiting the app and resetting to your preferred option on reopening.

I got the impression from the Sky's own user forums that the feature appears and disappears quite regularly between versions. (Even worse, on some iterations they've had it where you can set the quality on certain channels, but not others.)

I know Sky are a little funny with the number of "active devices" you can have; but do you have access to another machine on the same network that you can use to just check if it's the machine you're currently trying to get this working on?

Have you tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the Sky Go app? If not, give it a go.

Might be worth cleaning up the registry with something like CCleaner before reinstalling the Sky Go app from a fresh download too.

Could be worth reinstalling Sliverlight at the same time; but as you've said BT Sports app is fine, it's probably unnecessary.

Hi I have reinstall both sky go and Silverlight I changed my old router to the hub I might do a clean but there only sky go not working properly. One other thing is the Silverlight and widows media player are not verified along with xml dom document, html digisafe helper class, andxml http 3.0 all Microsoft addons.
