Now here is my latest PC problem,
I have a new PC with an Intel i5 6600 on a Z170 motherboard and WIN10 installed on a SSD. I have now purchased and installed a Samsung M.2 (SM951) 256gb HD running on PCIe. I want to clone the SSD containing the OS onto the new M2 drive and have tried using the free version of Macrium but it just doesn't quite do the whole job. The image looks the same but when I try to boot (all other drives removed and BIOS changed for the M2) it gets all the way through to my Desktop but then crashes.
Any ideas of cloning apps to assist? Samsung Data Migration and Magician apps have been tried but they will not work with the SM951
Regards DD

Is the new drive connected to a different HDD controller? Windows usually crashes a bit earlier in boot than said if the controller is changed but I've not tried Win10.

Acronis can allegedly install to new hardware if this is the case but I, and others I've asked, haven't got it working yet. Might be worth a bash if you look up some tutorials.

I said "install" but I meant "clone" and deploy to new hardware.

if you wish you can buy a relative cheap dock station w/2 docks and clone all without problem from software any without computer working.
