What is SEP unce:

malwarebytes trial to remove, then switch over to Malwarebytes free.

The Premium Trial runs live on your machine - similar to live protect from anti-virus software.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus and, once in a while, additional scans with :
Malwarebytes Free
ADW Cleaner

ADW Cleaner.

ESET ESS v9
I believe any updated AV/Firewall is nice enough when you are careful on opening risky websites and usb flash drives and email attachments.

I had malwarebyte and spyware search and destroy plus eset on my pc for a long time. but it is not actually required to have all of these active. You may frequently do a scan using the other tools

yes I agree prudence helps no end superantispyware Malwarebytes ccleaner will cure most if not all problems I have come across
