Hardware toshiba sat pro l300 freezing issues

hi guys - my laptop is a toshiba l300 sattelite pro..i noticed that when im on it it will work fine but suddenly freeze for a few minutes or so, i cant use the trackpad or move the mouse [pointer basically nothing, it just freezes,, then it will suddenly start working again..i can hear a beep as it does this...ive took it apart and cleaned the fan , heat sink etc...is it motherbaord isue..im using it fine at the moment but this can happen at any time..im montioring the temperature of the cpu with a program called core temp...see screenshot is that normaal temp..?cheers

even uploading screenshot to show you guys is very slow, it froze for around 30 secs or so before i could upload..ive reinsatlled windows but it still does this..i reckon it might be motherboard issues

Hi,

Did you try to reseat the memory? If that dos not help you can try scanning for hardware issues with UBCD. just download the latesd version here burn it on a DVD and boot your laptop from it. with this you can test many of your hardware.
 
Re-seat anything that can be un-plugged; wifi board, HDD etc., it doesn't take much to upset them. Have you tried giving it a thump (not too hard!) when mis-behaving?
