A very long shot I know.
Bios was corrupted during update.
It has a crash free bios which is theoretically great.
I currently have a black screen and a floppy drive which appears to be searching for the bios file.
Apparently this bios file can be found on the motherboard utility disk (which of course I don't have!)
If I could get the bios file, or even the name of it perhaps I could rename the latest bios the same and revive this PC which has lots of my stuff on it!
... and yes I have tried all sorts of guesses with the bios file name :Laugh:
