Just got up a bit earlier after night shift and turned on my Pc.

After a few years of no issues I now have a " Not Genuine Notification" on start up and the usual black screen with message in bottom right.

None of the activators I have tried ( Daz, Toolkit etc) have worked.

Anyone else reading any other reports elsewhere?

Windows may have put out a new update or one you have not yet had and caught you out..
I have 3 win 7 computers all still good..

Have you tried the "remove Wat" tool..this removes the activation technologies and gives you activated windows..
You may first have to reinstall wat before removing again due to you using other activation tools..

Tried that earlier as It's what worked previously. This time no joy.

Have you tried a restore?.try the remove WAT that I suggested also are you running other activation tools as ADMINISTRATOR...it's important you do...

when you run the activator, right click and run as administrator and make sure your Anti Virus isnt blcking it

Running everything as Administrator. Daz 2.2.2 works as normal. Says everything ( serial etc ) have been installed sucessfully, please reboot your pc.

Upon reboot I still get the not genuine setup.

Could try SFC to see if it finds anything.

Winkey plus 'X'
Choose Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow then Enter

you could try the hazar loader or the microsoft toolkit, failing that i would just reinstal...

Strange that Daz say Loader, certificate and serial successfully installed but on reboot it is still showing message. Will try another system restore as last one just failed.

could try

WAT Fix will:
Uninstall RemoveWAT (or similar)
Uninstall HAL7600
Uninstall Chew7
Uninstall uODIN
Correct file permissions
Correct important system files
Correct services required for activation
Correct VBS file associations
Remove Microsoft entries from the HOSTS file

Usage
Run WAT Fix
Install Windows Loader
Warning: Do not close WAT Fix while it's running.

tip
If you first open command prompt as an administrator and use the command sfc /scannow it'll help you to confirm if SFC is working. If it ends quickly or gives you an error then you shouldn't use WAT Fix instead you should perform a repair installation

recovery

If after running WAT Fix you're unable to boot then insert your Windows 7 DVD, select "Repair your computer" and then select command prompt and enter the following:

c:
undo

Third attempt at a restore (7 days back) seems to have sorted the issue. Thanks for all the help guys. I will report back if I find what caused it in case it happens to others.
