Hardware Arkara Dual Bay Pro Enclosure Web Interface

Hi everyone, Question for you, anyone have any experience with an Arkara Dual Bay Pro enclosure? I factory reset the one I have and now I cannot log into the Web interface? Can get to the interface fine but the default username of admin and password of root, do not work. I've tried admin/admin, administrator/admin/root etc. nothing seems to work now. Pain in the ar$e thing. Worked great, now my stupidity of feking with things when they aren't broken has fekked it.
