Yes it does look like you do have some issues to be honest i use window memory diagnostics now if you are using win 7 and above go to start and in the search box type memory and select win mem diag, it will want to run in an off-line way which is ok machine will shut down and then run diags and then restart and give you all the info you need well Microsoft info.

On or several of your memory boards are defective try to remove one of them and repeat the test to see which one is defective. Also, sometimes the problems can lie in the contacts of the memory slots which can be oxydized.
