Hi Guys this is a weird one tbh im even baffled ok before we start ive done every single scan going malware adware spyware and virus and adware got rid of the nasties.but thats all what was found.

Anyway my speed doesnt go back up to full to speed unless i uninstall my network driver and reboot then reinstalls and the speed goes back up to full. The speed drops every time i shutdown for the night. When i switch on in the morning its back down to a sluggish speed unless i uninstall drivers and restart.

Any ideas guys?

Would be a great help im on windows 8.1.

Many thanks in advance

it can be down to your network cable or router/switch, these are the easiest to check before doing a clean install. some nasties are not detected and continue, others mess up the tcp stack so much that a restore may work with luck.

Have you tried installing a newer version of the driver, rather than just letting Windows re-install the default one?

Have you got a spare hard drive knocking about that you could try a fresh install of Windows on? My intuition tells me that you've got a virus/spyware that isn't being detected/removed by your AV software. A reformat is probably required. Furthermore, if this happened a while after having the computer, this would definitely suggest virus/spyware issue. I'd guess that the act of reinstalling the drivers temporarily "confuses" the virus.

Have a look in the task manager; see if network parformance graph is anormal (for example 90 %) on each network card, if so, it is probably a virus. Is this a wifi or an ethernet board ?

I would try scanning for malware/viruses before taking step to reinstall windows. Start by scanning with malwarebyets, then using superanti spywre removal and then your anti virus program. Updating the driver will also help.
