Hi,
my m8's son dropped his laptop (dell inspiron 1525 windows vista) and the screen is knackered. The laptop boots up as you can hear audio of windows when it boots up. I have tried to connect lappy with vga lead on a monitor and tv but get no picture on either. Its also has a hdmi slot and tried this monitor and tv but no joy. It probably doesnt have the drivers for hdmi. Is there anything else I can check as I want to know if its worthwhile getting a new screen for him. cheers
