Just got a phone call from these muppets. Ammy Admin.
If anyone gets a call from a company saying they are from Windows Admin or similar and that your computer is sending messages to them about Viruses... Just hang up.
I have come across these in my job as a field engineer for Dell and it is a scam.
They show you as screen on ur puter (usually event viewer) and they then tell you its all viruses... BUT they can fix it remotely LOL.
They ask for credit card details then they rip u off.
I know of one poor guy who got stung for £2000.
May be an Idea to add any other names of fraudsters doing this in here if Admin allows it.
