Look for a tiny hole in the front of the cd unit, if so, poke a straightened paper-clip down here and push and the tray should eject, you will have to draw the tray out gently to get your cd out.

Have MacBooks got trays? I thought they were all slot -loaders and I've never seen a pin-eject on one.

"There are two solutions for this. The easiest is to reboot and hold down the mouse button while the computer reboots. This will eject any media in your drive.
The other solution is to use a software eject tool like Ardiem (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/14491) or if you have a program like Toast that deals with CDs and DVDs you'll usually find an Eject menu option."
