Zgemma h2h on VM

I gave a mate a zgemma h2h for using it on VM. However some of his channels glitch at times like ss2 ss4 some of the kids channels and movies. I have tried the box in my hse and works fine. I have put a splitter in his hse that i got of eBay, cud it be that.

Probably down to the signal levels but the splitter should be 5-1000 ensure quality coax is used and all connections are tight.

I have used the 5-2400 mhz splitter. And normal coax cable with f type connectors

Get another splitter 5-1000 before going any further. CT125 cable and f connectors will also help.
