Recording on zgemma h1

hi im looking at recording the F1 on sunday as im away, I have a 16gb usb stick that is formatted to fat32.
how do I set up to record and is it like sky as I can record a programme in advance.

You can set a manual timer from the timer menu on the channel you want to record.

Most of us would set the recording from the EPG though.

Are you running a epg ?

yes have sky epg on Vix hades 014 sucmnsee Backup 12.07.2015. if I press what looks like the record button on future programme i.e. on tomorrow I don't get the option to record it. God I'm thick clicked on timer and guess what it's recording. Is it as straight forward to play back recordings.

Bring up the EPG scroll to the programm you wish to record and press the green button.

This will need your usb stick mounted and mapped for recording though.
