Q7 Help

Hi all was wondering if anyone is using one of these boxes think they are a upgrade from the Q5 i think they are a great box but im having 1 massive issue kodi/xbmc every film or iptv or free streams im watching is out of sync has anyone have any ideas on a fix please

Need to make clear these are the boxes that also have DVB

how are you getting on with this box just purchased 1 to give it a try.
How was setting it up..

here's an update for the Q7, includes blue button function and Playstore;-

Upgrade steps:

1) Copy both files below to a USB stick, then enter Menu---My apps---Upgrade---Local upgrade--choose file named:- "g18ref-ota-20150512.V0801.zip"-----Reboot and install package. It will power off, allow 3-5 mins for the upgrade to take place.

2) After the first step, power on auto, Menu---Setting---Other---More settings---Back up & reset---Reset Mbox---Erase everything. it needs about 2 mins.

3) choose "next" and "next", Then all will be OK.
