Black screen then bad lag

I set my m8 Xbmc up with fusion source. Decent amount of apps but I was getting sound but no video then googled a turned hardware accelerator to software. It gave me video but really bad lag. I have fibre so must be something wrong??

I would use tvmc version or the kodi original. I've never had problem using these. If you need tvmc let me know.

@Bk456 I assume its the android box m8, check Your pm I've sent a link to the files I use. Let me know if the d/l works ok.
