Blade box problem

Have recently invested in a blade box for streaming internet TV which worked perfectly until today, now suddenly the catchup function has stopped working - the screen simply goes blank and after a while the message "File missing" appears. Anybody know the problem/solution?

Many thanks for rapid reply - it´s a Blade MAG 250 1.11-BD-00 21. Live TV is working fine, download speed is 47 Mbs, but catchup just refuses to work so I can´t watch Match of the Day - is this a common fault? David

That would then be a problem with whoever provides your services i would assume as the blade/Mag come bare so to speak when purchased

please can you help me, I have blade 8000s just 3weeks old and its stuck on one group, kids channel. it doesn't respond to remote control if you press the group on the remote. you can only change the channels on kids list manually on the box. I have change the battery on the remote but still no luck. is there anything that am doing wrong? please advice, thanks
