Network Provider Is this a good deal?

Trying to find contract phone deal. I have found a deal which is: -

Orange
Nokia 6500
600 minutes
unlimited texts
1.99 per months for 9 months,
then 18.50 for the remainder of the 18 month contract

Can anyone suggest where I might find a better deal?

seems like a great deal, phone could be better though but still good deal!

6500 good phone at start however you will become fed up of it like me
