iptv set up

hi everyone ! can anybody p.m. me how to add the iptv onto v8s using the webtv function ! ive tried but when the list shows and i click on a channel its showing 0kb/s and black screen ? am i missing something , ive tried putting the m3u file into notepad and naming it webtv.m3u it loads success but as ive said black screen and saying 0kb/s any help is appreciated guys cheers

Ask your provider if its showing as connected his end,Sometimes they need to give the line a kick to clear the channels
