openbox v8s - bt sports freeze

Hi All,

I've been having trouble with BT sports for the last few weeks now.

All channels are working with the sole exception of BT sports channels - where they play fine for the first few seconds then freeze and never actually unfreeze. If i change channel and then go back, the same thing happens.

I have two working lines - one cline and one MGCamd line. These are from a seperate supplier, so I assume that it's not a server issue.

I have updated to the latest channel lists (CWAITE) and re-scanned, also connected to the server thru my box and updated to the latest firmware (12.10.15), but all to no avail.

The SNR is at 84%, whilst the other percentage (i'm not sure what this is - but its between the "now" and "next" titles) is 64%.

I've also noticed that exactly the same thing is happening with the channel Viceland... But no other channels.

Can anyone make any recommendations as to what to do now?

I was really hoping to watch the football on bt sport tomorrow night, but looks like I'll be missing out now :Mad2:

Probably crap suppliers. But strange the two are acting the same.
If your using CCcam and MGcamd when it freezes can you see it jumping onto different cam?

There doesn't seem to be any change when it freezes.

What should I be looking out for - where design the "jump" take place?

Your provider wont have BT sport as a local so they take it in a share which mean its another hop for you to go to for the ecm. That will be overloaded hence the freeze.

So would you recommend I get another cline from a different supplier?

you should try and get N:line and run it in MGcamd.
Then switch off the other 2 lines.
