Open box satellite scrambled

Please can any one advise I am not technically minded! Our box is showing all free to view channels but sky are scrambled, I have read through the forums and checked the ccam configuration it shows three lines all with a green tick but showing off line , my main question is, does this mean our gift has expired? And should we just buy another box with gift?it was all working from July until yesterday ?

Most likely your sub has come to an end.
If it's stopped before you were expecting it contact supplier. If it's of flebay I doubt it will be back on again if it's expired earlier.
There is "NO" need to buy another box.
