erom upgrade tool not flashing my v8s open box

evening all, my post earlier about my open box only loading up to 93 and wont boot is still a problem ! I had some help ( which was much appreciated ) from jfish which did not work for me but did for him, has anyone else came across the problem and found a fix! ive tried the erom upgrade tool and burned the file but when it completes and I try loading the box up it gets to 93 then stops , after a few seconds it then displays E001

try this older version of the upgrade tool

tried that this morning m8 and when synchronising comes up done it comes on below set stb memory error click "back" to try again ! arghhhhhh any other ideas are much appreciated guys !

hi m8 ! the box is booting up but theres no image on ? do you have a link to an image I can put on cheers, jfish the 1 I used that worked with this upgrade tool was the openox_v8s_3511HD_cmt_1508100687.abs that's the one I burned with the null m8 and box boots up to 100 and comes on but when I try flashing the other 1 using usb flashdrive it goes back to loading up to 93 again ! any ideas guys ! thanks

got that image sorted but if ever there needs to be an update using the flash pen it will most probably go back to loading to 93 again, any update images I can try before I get a line ! cheers

the other one is a older version so don't flash it via usb - if you have manage to flash the latest image version via null modem then leave box as that version

I flashed it with the 1 I said earlier so if I need an update like few channels going off and that will it be ok ! did yours stay on with channel updates... im trying to find out before I commit to a sub ! cheers bud
