Skybox freezing,second box fine

Hi guys

My skybox f3 has recently started to freeze and scramble much more than normal so I replaced it with a second box I have(ariva 120)which is working fine.
The ariva working fine rules out a network,server problem,any ideas what might sort the skybox?firmware up date maybe???

when was the last time you did an update as that could be the issue, if memory serves me correct i believe the most recent firmware for f3 is the march 13 release have a look on yojetech website, also there has been a fair few channel freq changes lately so make sure you have the most upto date channel packs.
