M3 WIFI problem

Hi all. Just setting up my skybox and having problems connecting to the internet. Wifi dongle is connected and turned on via skybox. In setting where is searches it says AP scanning but does not show any internet connections. Any information would be great.

My dads f3 started doing this on saturday!! I inserted a new wifi dongle in it and it solved the problem for about an hour and then started doing it again!! if i press on the dongle very slightly to the right hand side it works! I've been in touch with the person i purchased the box from and explained it to him and he's told me to send it him back, I think it's a problem with the usb port on the box!!

I'll let you know of the outcome once i've heard back from the seller of the box
