Help please - struggling with c-line

I have a new s9 after my last one threw a wobbler.

It's been a long time since I input the c-line and I have sort-of forgotten how to do it.

I have 2 lines that begin c: etc

I seem to recall that I put them onto a memory stick but not sure how - I thought I put them into notepad but not sure if I need to do them individually or together and what toi save the text file as?

Sorry to be vague but I am pretty vacant!
