Hi guys, ive had an s11 for a few days, but tonight i was reading about editing channel lists and favourites in a program called PVR800 - I moved a few channels around then uploaded it as per the instructions to my box - since then all the non-free to air channels are scrambled - my preset favourites which came set = e.g MOVIES SPORT now just say 'favourite 1 favourite 2' etc - I've rescanned and whilst I can see all the channels loading back up, when the scan is finished, its still scrambled

can someone tell me what ive done wrong and how i can fix it!

thanks

Probably replaced/removed your cccam.cfg file. Check it has the relevant entries and they are showing as online.

The presets unfortunately you have to set on the box, it won't set from PVR800.

thanks for the reply

im not very technical when it comes to these boxes, so not exactly sure how I replaced or removed the file you mentioned!

can you let me know how i can check if this is what ive done?

Thanks

actually just found the CCcam client setup on my box - i went into manage config files then cccam.cfg and this is what it says

1 **************** offline

Assuming the clone S11 is the same menu as the S10, then Network>CCCam Client>Manage Files. It should show two entries as online

EDIT: Looks like your provider is offline, or you don't have network access. Make sure your box is connected to the LAN and has an IP Address.

I would also obscure your login details mate from your post, unless you want other people trying to connect using it.

thanks for your help - i just went back into the cccam setup and it said the user was online and now my channels are back, so I guess it wasnt anything I did!

NP, but still edit your post above to remove the N:Line

you'll probably get booted off from your server now, as theres probably 100 people trying your line as we speak, lol!

Edit this mate this is your unique username and password for the server you use lol

If you want me to test it I can but let your provider know incase he bans you for connecting from a different ip
