Hello I'm new here and I urgently need help with this as I don't know much about it. My dad cracked my wii a long time ago, in 2007 or so, and as time passed I couldn't play some games but I could always play original discs. Recently tough I bought a new original Wii game (Fragile Dreams) and got the blue screen with error #002 . I tried playing my original Zelda skyward sword as I coud play it with no problems last year and got the same error. So I tried updating the homebrew channel from 1.0.8 to 1.1.0 but it didn't work. I formatted it and it still shows the cloned news and forecast channels (one of them in japanese) and I put the Zelda disc in the console and it says I need a System update but I'm scared to do it because the cloned channels are still showing? Does this mean I'm in danger of an unfoctionable Wii if I update my system?
Also I checked and it's currently ver4.3U.
What should I do?
