Installed Shopping Chanel and now black screen?

I wanted iplayer on my modded wii and read that i need to install a shopping channel wad. So i did this and now when i click on Shopping Channel i just get a black screen.

Any Advice?

What is your firmware version?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
if you are on 4.3 you also need iso61.

I am on 4.1

latest shipping channel needs a new IOS to go with it, as mentioned above that is IOS61 and can be installed with dop-mii v13

is your wii connected to the internet (stupid question i know) but that is how you get the iplayer from the shopping channel

Yes i do but i made a mistake and thought i had to upload a new version of shopping chanel, i did this and now when i click on shopping channel i get a blank screen.

So i am just trying to get it working at moment

channels and games are system menu independent.

you never need to upgrade your system menu to use new channels or games, just install the new game/channel and what ever IOS it needs and it will work


and you didnt make a mistake... if you try to connect with out of date shopping channel it will tell you that you need to to a system update.

just download dop-mii v13 and use it to install ios61 (you could also just install the shopping channel like this too)

I have tried to follow instructions but still cant get it to work.
But i am not 100% sure which parts of the instuctions i need to use to get the shopping chanel working?

I still just get a black screen when i click on shopping channel

can anyone advise what parts of Dop-Mii i need to use to restore it?

i also cant get new shopping channel have tried that guide by chris lothian and get same message on wiiscu as pster on ther bad hash when downloading ne ideas as my six yr old daughter needs bbc iplayer wtf coz she missing the crap she watched when on school holidays her wii is 4.2e have tried varoius methods but no joy by the way its softmodded ne help cheers ***have sorted it now charlie and lola non stop now lol

used pimp my wii followed guide on wiiso http://www.wiiso.com/hack-my-wii-t99755.html just done my m8,s wii and its asking to update wii done exactly the same way as my daughters will get back to u when i find out if ive missed a step

The Shopping Channel has been updated to v20 which is why some previous methods are not working.
