trying to softmod my neices wii. alls going well until installing cioscorp, the first wad fails cios09.wad Error (ret=-1)

anyone have any ideas how i can sort that,. tried to install few times every other wad installs fine but this one.

yeah had the internet connection on and running, i thot that myself but seems its not that

actually thinking on i may of had the same prob last night doing my mates but i cant remember if it was that or anyregionchanger which ever it was i just kept trying to run it and it worked im sorry i cant be clearer but i cant remember for the life of me which it was
