Can I create .SAV files for DS Lite games?

Hi,

Just after a bit of advice please. I recently came back from the far east with 20 games saved on an SD card. Whilst I can see them all on the menu, I am unable to play any of them because they don't have a .SAV file.

Can anyone help me - am I able to create the .SAV files for each of the games?

As soon as you press A to start the game it should automatically ask you if you want to save the game and then create one for you if you press A again.

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately it doesnt seem to be working.

The top screen message is "Save file does not exist. Creating save file...."

Whereas the bottom screen says "Save data file format error"

What are you using, R4, TT etc?????

You get save file does not exsist and an error sometimes if it is a newer game and the card needs updated software.
