You will find it HERE I tried the top manual the ultimate yamaha SR, XT and TT 500 Owners Workshop Manual, when You click pdf download it will take You to a page with a couple of popups, close these, then go to the bottom of the page and select slow download, it will take about 30 minutes to get as it's 97mb and they aren't kidding when they it is slow.
