Phone Unlocking locked sim card

hi all

any one help i have just received a new company telephone a nokia 6310 but the tight gets have locked the sim card so i can only dial the preset numbers they put in.i tried the sim in another phone and it acted exactly the same proving its the card and not the phone preventing other numbers to be dialed
can the lock be removed??

i wouldnt of though so m8, the only way to change it would be to ring the sp up.

i dont know what software to use, but u might b able to use the elvis programmer to unlock it or maybe even logo manager prog, i think that can look at the sim card contence

ive tried to unlock a sim card on many occasions with my elvis and a smartmouse/pheonix..none of the programmes ive used have been able to get past the locks on the sim.. but if you find one please let me know
