Phone Unlocking Moto g on tesco network

Hi, I have a moto g 2nd gen locked to the Tesco network and wanted to know the cheapest way of getting it unlocked.
Emailed a few people on eBay who do unlock codes but not heard anything back yet.
Do have a number to call Tesco which I'm going to do today but I'd imagine them to be more expensive than anyone else.

Pay as you go
Your Tesco Mobile pay as you go phone will be free to unlock 12 months after it was activated. If you want to unlock it in the first 12 months, it will cost £10.

Pay monthly Our pay monthly phones are free to unlock. Sometimes if a new phone or tablet has just been launched, you might not be able to unlock it straight away. We’ll let you know if this is the case when you contact us to unlock your device.

How long does it take? It normally takes 7 working days for your unlocking code to come through, but occasionally it can take up to 28 days, depending on your device. Call us on 0345 300 6660 or 4455 from your Tesco Mobile and press option 3.

I got next day unlock from tesco.

Have u tried another SIM? I've got a m8 which says locked to Tesco on the box but it's actually unlocked

Hi guys, thanks for the replies. I bought it off eBay so thought it may have been a problem phoning Tesco. Phoned them and explained that I'd bought off eBay and cos the phone had been used on there network previously they said they would unlock at no cost. They should send it across to Motorola and I should get a code in 10 days hopefully.
