Phone Unlocking help sim unlock samsung galaxy s1

can anyone help me sim unlock a Samsung galaxy s1
trued few programmes to unlock it but wont work at all for me thank

I tried creating a account for play store but didn't work kept saying couldn't create, I was only connected via wifi connection though as don't have a sim card which works with the phone .
tried using super one click but programme hang and crashes after two entires show on the log .
